Salads & Sides
Fourteen salads and nine sides, built to feed a room rather than a table. Salads are priced per person with a ten guest minimum; sides come by the tray.
26 dishesSalads per person, sides by the tray
- Ten guest minimum on every salad.
- Sides come in two tray sizes — one built for roughly 8-12 people, one for roughly 16-20. Treat that as a guide, not a guarantee. A side eaten as the main thing on the table goes faster than one sitting next to a protein.
- Anything here can be split, doubled, or built without the cheese, bacon, or nuts. Tell us when you order rather than on the day.

How it gets served
Corporate Catering
Office lunches on a standing order, plus client dinners and launch events — with the rotation, the dietary list, and the building paperwork handled before they reach you.
Ordering
Before you order.
Ten guests on any salad — that minimum is printed on the menu itself. Sides are ordered by the tray instead, so there is no head count attached to them. If you are feeding fewer than ten, tell us anyway and we will find a way to make the order work rather than turn it down.
Want this, but yours?
Every menu here is a starting point. Tell us the date and guest count and we’ll price it properly.
