These terms cover your use of madeyouhungry.com. Catering itself is governed by the written proposal and contract we send you — not by this page. Where the two ever disagree, your signed contract wins.

What this website is

It is information about our catering, and a way to ask us for a quote. Menus, dishes, and descriptions on this site are examples of what we cook, not a standing offer. Availability changes with the season, the market, and the calendar.

Quote requests are not bookings

Sending the form starts a conversation. It does not reserve your date, and it does not create a contract. A date is held only when we have confirmed it in writing and you have met whatever deposit terms your proposal sets out. Until then the date is genuinely open, and somebody else can take it.

Pricing

Any price shown on this site is indicative and subject to change. Real pricing comes from a proposal built for your event, and it depends on guest count, service style, staffing, rentals, travel, and the date. Where a menu here shows prices, they are a guide to the shape of the pricing rather than a quotation, and they exclude service charge and applicable Florida sales tax unless the proposal says otherwise.

Market-price items are exactly that — the cost depends on what the market charges us at the time, and it will be confirmed in your proposal.

Allergies and dietary requirements

We take these seriously and we build menus around them regularly. But our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten, shellfish, eggs, soy, and sesame, and we cannot guarantee that any dish is free of a given allergen. Tell us about every allergy in writing before your event so we can plan for it, and please tell your guests to speak to our staff on the day if they need to check something.

Photographs and content

The photography on this site is of food we have made. The text, images, layout, and design are ours, and you may not reuse them commercially without asking. Ask, though — the answer is usually yes, and we would rather be credited than copied.

Accuracy

We keep this site current and we still get things wrong occasionally. Nothing here is a warranty, and articles on this site are general guidance drawn from experience rather than professional advice about your specific event, venue, or local regulations. Where a page discusses permits, venue rules, or local requirements, confirm them with the relevant municipality or property — those genuinely differ, and they change.

Links to other sites

We link to our own social profiles and to our Google listing. We are not responsible for what those services do or for their content.

Liability

We are responsible for our catering under the contract we sign with you. For this website specifically, we provide it as it is and we are not liable for losses arising from relying on general information published here. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
