Eight fillings, three tacos a guest, corn or flour tortillas, and the traditional toppings already on the table. Ten guest minimum on each protein; street corn, beans and rice, and chips come as add-ons priced per person.

- Ten guest minimum on each protein and on each add-on. The minimum is per item rather than per order, so two fillings for a small party means ten guests' worth of each — not five and five.
- Each protein is priced as three tacos a guest, tortillas and traditional toppings included. Two proteins ordered for the same guest is six tacos, which is more than most rooms eat. Splitting the head count across two fillings usually feeds better than ordering both for everyone.
- This goes out either as a station with our team behind it or as a drop-off. Either way the guest builds the taco. An assembled taco does not survive a tray or a drive — the tortilla gives out — so the tortillas, fillings, and toppings travel separately.
- Corn tortillas are the gluten-conscious choice here. Tell us about allergies when you order rather than on the day, so we can check the marinades and keep the cremas and toppings in their own containers.

Before you order.
Ten guests on each protein and ten on each add-on — that minimum is printed on the menu itself. It applies per item, so two fillings for a small group means ten guests' worth of each rather than one minimum split between them. If your count is under ten, tell us anyway and we will find a way to make the order work rather than turn it down.
